I am Megan Shea, an American-trained therapist offering psychotherapy and counselling for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship difficulties, betrayal trauma, narcissistic abuse, burnout, and major life transitions.

My work integrates evidence-based interventions with a broader, whole-person approach—working with patterns, the nervous system, behaviour, and the deeper layers of meaning, identity, and direction that shape how your life unfolds.

Alongside clinical training, I draw on depth-oriented and integrative frameworks, including Jungian and archetypal psychology, somatic work, the Medicine Wheel, and the Hero’s Journey—used in a grounded and practical way to support real change.

I work with clients worldwide, including those travelling, relocating, rebuilding, or navigating significant personal transitions.
